Gold Medal Power Flow: Saturday 27th June 8:30am with Lizzie Lamb

A high-energy Vinyasa flow class that focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect a dynamic sequence of poses that challenge your stamina and power, simulating the intensity and vigor of Olympic athletes.

Olympic Ring Flow: Friday 26th July,  7-7:45am with Aminta Gagnon

A creative Vinyasa class where sequences are inspired by the five Olympic rings. Each ring represents a different theme (strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and recovery) integrated into the flow.

Marathon Stretch & Flex: Wednesday 31st July, 6:15-7:15pm with Olivia Palmer-Creigg

Inspired by marathon runners, this class focuses on deep stretches and flexibility training, targeting the legs, hips, and lower back. Perfect for anyone needing a thorough stretch after intense physical activity.

Mindful Medal Meditation + Full Body Restore: Wednesday 7th August, 7:30-8:30pm with Olivia Palmer-Creigg

A guided meditation class designed to cultivate focus, calm, and mental resilience. Learn techniques used by Olympians to enhance concentration and reduce stress, helping you find your inner champion.

Triathlon Challenge: Sunday 4th August 9:30am-10:30am with Aminta

A combination class that includes 20 minutes of Power Yoga, 20 minutes of Core Strengthening, and 20 minutes of Yin Yoga. This tri-phase approach mimics the endurance required for triathlons, balancing exertion with recovery.

Olympic Balance & Stability: Tuesday 6th August, 5;45-6:15pm with Lydia Taber

Enhance your balance and stability with poses that focus on grounding and centering. Inspired by sports that require impeccable balance, this class helps improve proprioception and body awareness.

Olympic Sprint & Stretch: Tuesday 30th July,  5;45-6:15pm with Sharon Mitchell

A fast-paced flow that mimics the burst of energy in sprinting, followed by deep, restorative stretches. This class balances high-intensity movement with soothing flexibility work.

Yoga Pentathlon: Friday 9th August, 9:30 - 10:30am with Aminta Gagnon Outdoor Yoga At Hitchin Lavender

A special event class that features five different yoga styles in one session: Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and a final Meditation. Each segment lasts 10 minutes, providing a holistic and diverse yoga experience.

Weightlifting Warrior: Strength and Power Yoga: Thursday 1st August, 6:15-7:15pm with Sharon Mitchell

Build strength and stability with this class that focuses on warrior poses and strength-building asanas. Perfect for those inspired by the power and determination of Olympic weightlifters.

Synchrony and Flow (Synchronized Swimming): Monday 29th July, 6:15-7:15pm with Carina MacSweeney

A Vinyasa flow class with a focus on smooth, synchronized movements. Encourage participants to move in unison, enhancing the sense of community and teamwork.

How to Join

1. Purchase our for the "Yoga for Gold" Challenge on website or app by 26th July 2024, don’t forget to pick a country from reception!

2. Attend Classes: Enjoy unlimited access to all in-studio and online classes from 26th July to 11th August.

3. Compete: Track your class attendance on our Leaderboard in our shop and aim to attend the most classes to win one of the top three prizes.
