Egyptian Geranium - calming for emotions, balancing effect on mind, body & nervous system, regulates mood, uplifting, sweet scent used widely in perfumery / emotionally helps to restore confidence and facilitates trust, aids in healing a broken heart
Clary Sage - supports feminine emotional well-being, relaxing effect, eases stress, tension & nervous anxiety, powerful relaxant for muscular tension
Sweet Orange - calming, relaxing & regenerating, warming, balances mood & harmonizes feelings
Bergamot - balancing for nervous system, refreshing, uplifting, rejuvenating, calming for emotions, used widely in perfumery
Ylang Ylang - very calming, helps to release negative emotions, sedative action on autonomic nervous system
Blended with Sweet Almond Oil - rejuvenating plant oil high in Vitamins A & E to help relieve dry skin
ROLLER OIL
A mini all natural and balancing perfume to take with you wherever you go. Anoint pulse points throughout the day when needed. Roll onto your wrists, temples, behind the ears, between the collarbones and inhale deeply.
Roll small amount of oil into hands and apply to your body in a gentle, circular motion. This blend is particularly helpful to use on your belly and back during menstruation, birth and postpartum healing.
Feet are the most receptive to essential oils and one part of the body that responds with calm when given gentle pressure. Use the oil to give feet a releasing and relaxing massage (or get someone to do it for you!)
NOTES
Not recommended during pregnancy, however this blend is supportive to use during labour and post natal healing
